Daanish Aziz Qureshi
Founder of The Aziz Law Journal
I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs and Economics at The George Washington University. With a focus on global systems, economic policy, and corporate structures, I explore the broader landscape of business—from finance to technology and beyond. Originally grounded in computer science, I developed a strong interest in the legal side of innovation. As my academic journey evolved, so did my perspective—shifting from purely tech-law to a wider lens on corporate law, compliance, and strategy.
The Aziz Law Journal was created as a way for me to document and organize everything I'm learning in real time. Now, it serves as a growing platform for anyone interested in the corporate world, offering insights at the intersection of business, law, and global affairs. -
Emily Muniz
Politics Undergraduate Student at New York University
I am an MLK Jr. Scholar and 2024 Social Impact Changemaker Fellow at NYU with a strong background in educational equity, youth advocacy, and mental health accessibility. I have conducted research on affirmative action and the ethical implications of using standardized test scores as a metric for college admissions, which I presented at both Harvard and NYU. My current research focuses on the effects of structural factors in college admissions on equity across race and income, including donor influence, early decision guidelines, affirmative action trends, magnet schools, and the return of standardized testing. I currently serve as the Digital Civics Fellow at #HalfTheStory, where I help co-design the Digital Civics Academy: a summer program for teens focused on digital wellness and the responsible tech movement. I plan to pursue graduate studies in education policy or public policy, with the goal of eventually working in policy development to help create policies that support more equitable and inclusive educational systems.

Nathara Moise
Attends Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University in Tallahassee, FL
I am a broadcast journalism student at Florida A&M University. After graduating I plan to attend law school and earn my Juris Doctorate. I aspire to become a family and immigration attorney advocating and defending people in underrepresented communities. Through my course work and internship experiences, I’ve learned more about the intersection between communication and the legal field. I plan to continue building on these skills as I advance in my education and career.
